Following three sold out winter mini retreats, I'm so excited to invite you to the spring edition.

As the seasons begin to shift, spring offers us an invitation to gently emerge from the slower rhythm of winter. Rather than rushing into doing more, this evening is about creating space to reconnect with yourself, awaken the body with kindness and welcome the season ahead with intention.

Join me for a deeply nourishing two-hour mini retreat inspired by the wisdom of Ayurveda. Together we'll weave:

• Mindful movement
• Myofascial release with therapy balls to soften tension, invite movement back into the tissues and create space for fresh energy to flow
• Restorative yoga
• Spring-inspired Yoga Nidra
• Immersive sound bath
• Seasonal Ayurvedic wisdom and simple rituals
• A reflective card pull

You'll also receive a thoughtfully curated take-home goodie bag, including seasonal journaling reflections and simple practices to continue your journey at home.
