Ammy was a building scientist in his previous career, so uniquely placed to provide a considerable body of advice on selling better buildings.3. Damien McGill; The Healthy Home Cooperation and PHINZ Canterbury Lead, who has invested considerable time and resources in Change Narrative Training.4. Simon Fenwick; Fab Building. Simon has spent a decade developing, renting and selling better buildings.5. Warren Clarke; Warren Clarke Architecture. Warren built, lived in and sold a ten star home and will discuss his experiences alongside where he is living now.There will be a Q&A session after the presentations, followed by drinks and discussions
