Bookings available for either Group 1, Saturdays 8:00am -9am OR Group 2, Mondays 5:30pm -6:30pm
One session per week for 6 weeks
Learn correct form and technique while building lean muscle/strength in a small supportive group.
MAX of 4 participants per class -bookings essential
COST: $90 for Members (equates to $15 per session) /$120 for Non-members ($20 per session)
This woman’s only strength camp focuses on developing your fitness capacity and skills using resistance training. This is done by using a wide range of equipment.
Whether you’re a seasoned gym goer or a complete beginner, you’ll be coached closely within the small group to gain value for your time.
You’ll also get the benefits of joining a supportive group for a great training session in a positive environment.

6-week Program Includes:
Warm-Up & Cool-Down instruction
You’ll be coached through your strength training exercises from start to finish and learn to lift efficiently and safely 1 hour’s min per session
Accountability to your coach and community
1-week free gym pass for (non-members) or gift to a friend to use (members)
