This will be the closest you can get to an official Hyrox race without doing the real thing, set up in an iconic Christchurch spot - North Hagley Park.

We will be using official Hyrox equipment on all stations, some of which will be set up in a marquee, some outside with a 1km outdoor run or walk in the park. 

Join us for what will be New Zealand's biggest HYROX Training Club Community Event!

The HYROX race:

1. SKIERG 1,000m
2. Sled push 50m total 
3. Sled pull 50m total
4. Burpee broad jump 80 meters
5. Rowing 1,000m
6. Farmers carry 200m 
7. Weighted walking lunges 100m 
8. Wall balls x 100 reps total 
*You start with a 1km run, and complete another 1km run in between each station above. 8km worth of running + 8 strength exercises. 

There is no time limit on how long it may take you.
