In support of TOIORA exhibition - exploring the interconnection of Māori Weaving and wellbeing in Te Pito Huarewa | South Base Gallery, we are delighted to host a speaker series exploring Māori Art practices and wellbeing.

Intergenerational Māori weaving a wellbeing story - a discussion with senior Kāi Tahu weaver Rānui Ngarimu who ensures the wellbeing of her weaving practice through passing her skills on to her children and mokopuna / grandchildren.
