These free sessions will be relaxed conversations and connection over a cuppa; not about death or funeral planning. We’ll gently reflect on topics such as living with purpose, ageing well and supporting each other through life's changes. Included are simple self-care techniques that anyone can use to help reduce stress and restore balance. All are warmly welcome. With grateful thanks to Avebury House for their support in making these community events possible.

Free to attend. Tea and light refreshments provided. To help us plan, please register your interest if possible. Call Julie: 027 635 2752 or email: julie@pathoftheheart.co.nz. You are also welcome to drop in on the day. Please note: this gathering touches loss and change, it is not a grief counselling session.
