Come and join us for a relaxed group run exploring part of the CRU course as it winds through the Christchurch Adventure Park, a big thank you to them for allowing us to use sections of their trail on event day.

This is a great chance to stretch the legs and get a feel for the terrain for any distance you are tackling!
 
We’ll climb steadily before enjoying a rewarding 5km descent back to the Adventure Park café, perfect for a post-run coffee and a chance to ask any last-minute race questions

Date: Sunday 4 October
Meeting Point: Christchurch Adventure Park car park, look for the CRU flag!
Meet Time: 7:55am
Distance: 10km
Elevation: 450m climb (over 5km)
Expected Time: 1.5–2 hours on trail

Please come prepared with your own nutrition and hydration, why not bring along your race kit to test it out!

Paces to suit everyone, whether you’re entered in CRU, thinking about it, or just keen for a great day out on the trails. Spread the word and come join the fun!
