COURAGEOUS CONVERSATIONS – Jennifer Leahy

Having tough conversations isn’t easy, but it’s essential for creating respectful, inclusive, and effective relationships. This interactive session explores practical strategies to help you approach challenging topics with confidence and care. You’ll learn about some useful tools and practise real-world scenarios, as well as reflect on how to communicate with empathy and impact.

Jennifer Leahy is an experienced educator and facilitator with a strong commitment to lifelong learning and inclusive practice. She has designed and delivered education and training programmes across the tertiary sector, (ako Aotearoa/ACE Aotearoa) corporate settings, community initiatives, and Ara Poutama Department of Corrections. Jennifer has been very active in the local Adult and Community Education Network as well as being a member of the Canterbury WEA Council.
