For those who may not know, Christchurch has been proudly twinned with Aalen for many years — and this year marks our 45th Anniversary of Twinning. What better way to celebrate than with a spectacular Concert of Friendship?

Hosted in the lovely auditorium at God First on Airfield Way, Christchurch, this promises to be a truly special evening of music. Huge thanks as well to Somerford ARC Community Centre for providing rehearsal space for our visiting musicians.

We’ll be performing music from Starship Troopers and The Eve of the War from Jeff Wayne’s Musical Version of The War of the Worlds.

And to top it all off, the evening will close with a thrilling massed band finale — around 80 musicians playing together. An unforgettable sound and sight!
