Community Exercise Foundation Course
This exciting foundation course is suitable for leaders of group exercise in a community or church setting, plus new or inexperienced leaders - no previous exercise or instruction experience required. The course will be held over two Saturdays with some self-directed learning in between. It will cover the following topics: exercise benefits, principles, planning, common health conditions, health and safety and communication.
