We're delighted to be able to host internationally renowned and respected Carlos Pomeda for a weekend of learning and practice in the art and depth of meditation

Choose any, or all of 3 carefully curated workshop sessions to explore:

1. The wonder of meditation - introduction to the building blocks and facets of meditation 
Suitable for beginner and experienced practitioners alike - for we are always a student

2. Bringing meditation to life - expertly guided practice in group
sessions, discussions, questions and answers
Whatever your level of expertise, this workshop is designed to take your practice to the next level

3. Mantra meditation - practice traditional forms of mantra meditations, working with the breath, and the powerful tantric mantra “haṃsa”
Mantra is perhaps the simplest and most accessible, yet enormously powerful meditation technique
A practical workshop to enable practitioners of all levels of experience to find something valuable

Session 1 - Saturday 9.30-12.30

Session 2 - Saturday 2-5pm

Session 3 - Sunday 9.30-12.30

Tickets are priced at $65 for one session, $120 for 2 sessions, and $170 for all 3 sessions
