- **Event Description**: Together with Move and the Canterbury Indian Womens Group Trust we are holding a Bollywood Dance Fitness Taster class Monday 19 January 7.30pm in Studio 3, Parakiore. Cost is only $5. Term 1 classes start Monday 2nd Feb. This taster class and all classes can be booked through www.move.org.nz. or just turn up on the night. Please spread the word! 

Move Ōtautahi is an all-inclusive dance and artistic movement community which is located on the top floor at Parakiore, the new council sports centre in Moorhouse Avenue and includes 2 hours free parking (put your plate number inside at the parking terminal when you arrive).

I will also be holding a Zumba Fitness class there every Tuesday morning at 7am or those who want a good sweat out before work and a Zumba Gold class Tuesday 9.15am for those who want a less strenuous workout - perfect for seniors and beginners. Again there is a taster class of these two classes Tuesday 20th January. Cost $5.
