Beat stress - Live in Abundance
Most of us are unknowingly living in stress mode and having this stress reduce our ability to live creatively, happily and abundantly.
A little stress, a little bit of the time is okay. In fact it's how we were designed, to be able to kick into fight or flight mode when a risk to our physical safety was in the vicinity. The stress hormones are meant to start pumping through our body, so we can escape the risk, then the hormones are meant to stop pumping and we return to normal.
The issue in today's world is that there are percieved threats to our safety almost everywhere. So our bodies get a cocktail of stress hormones pumped through them almost constantly. Which means we are in fight or flight mode almost constantly. Unfortunately, fight or flight doesn't leave much option for rest, relax and manifest the life of your dreams.
In this workshop we'll cover the scientific basics of stress, some of its causes and impacts and then focus on what you can do to turn of the stress response and turn on the abundance response.
