In 2024, the New Zealand All Beers took on the Irish in Christchurch's first ever amateur rugby match on New Zealand soil at Linwood Rugby Club. 

Fast forward to 2025, the All Beers are returning to the field to defend the New Munster Cup against a fired up and newly branded Irish Team - the Celtic Crusaders.

This isn't an event that you will want to miss, so we strongly suggest that you dust off your boots, get your singlets and jandals on, and get the taste of a sausage sizzle in ya - because NZ and Ireland’s most unfortunate battlers are going to war again!

Proudly sponsored by Hillside ITM, ProBuild Scaffolding, Linwood RFC and David Brown Contracting, the 2025 derby will be raising funds for Men's Mental Health - proudly partnered with the BetterMan Project. 

We hope to see you there, in green or black, a sausage and sauce in hand, with a few cold tubes down the gullet afterwards!
