A Floating Sound Journey with Jenine & Sama

Life can move quickly. There is always something to do, somewhere to be, someone who needs us.

This is an invitation to step away from all of that for a while.

To slow down. To stop. To be held.

Join Jenine and Sama for a deeply restful floating sound journey — an experience created to give you space to do very little, while being supported by warm water, sound and stillness.

We’ll begin together with a warm cup of ceremonial cacao, taking time to arrive, ground and leave the busyness of the day behind. From there, we’ll gently move onto the water.

You’ll be supported onto your own floating mattress, made cosy with blankets, a neck pillow and eye mask. Once you’re settled, there is nowhere else you need to be.

Simply lie back, float and receive.

Around you, a live soundscape slowly unfolds — gongs, singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum and other instruments played from around the pool.

There is something quite special about experiencing sound while floating. The water gently moves beneath you as the sound travels around the space, creating an immersive experience where you are surrounded by sound and vibration while being held by the water beneath you.

A space to soften.
A space to rest.
A space to come back to yourself.

As the journey comes to an end, we’ll gently guide you back to shore, allowing time to slowly return before heading back out into the world.

A few things to know

The entire sound journey is fully clothed — you do not need to swim or get into the water.

We’ll have people there to help you safely on and off your floating mattress. Your feet may get a little wet as you get on, and we’ll dry them before you float away.

The pool space is warm and the water is approximately 30°C.

Please bring

• A small pillow or rolled-up towel to place under your knees
• A drink bottle
• Comfortable clothing to relax in
