This short sequence embodies the essence of Tai Chi with simple, flowing movements that are easy to integrate into your daily routine. Perfect for beginners and those looking to refine their practice!

✨ Why join?

- Master 8 fundamental Tai Chi forms in a small space – whether it's your bedroom, kitchen, lounge, or garden! ?

- Complete the flow in just 3-5 minutes, repeat as many times as you like.

- Learn step-by-step with Tutor Jingjing, who will demonstrate, explain the how, why, and what of each movement, plus give you exercises and variations to deepen your practice. ?‍♀️

By the end of the workshop, you’ll feel confident enough to practice on your own at home. No prior Tai Chi experience needed – though if you’ve practiced before, even better! ?

? This workshop will be held over two sessions to give your brain and muscles time to build lasting memory. 
9.30am to 1pm on the 20th and 27th July 2025
