The build includes multiple complex engineering details like base isolators, fluid dampers, a diaphram retaining wall constructed with bentonite, micropiles as well as challenging interfaces with public spaces, pinpoint cadastral survey and settlement, tilt and displacement monitoring of adjacent heritage structures and extensive temporary support works.
