Health Sessions: Winter Blues

Join us for our “Winter Blues” Health Session!

Winter can be tough on our minds and bodies. This community session will cover common seasonal health concerns and practical ways to stay well all winter long.

Topics include:
• Mental health and managing the “winter blues.”
• Preventing and treating respiratory illnesses (cold, flu, RSV, COVID-19).
• Staying safe in extreme cold (frostbite, hypothermia, and more).
• Winter skin and allergy care.
• Nutrition, vitamin D, and immune support.
• Avoiding common winter injuries like slips and falls.

Open to the public — everyone is welcome!
