Whether it’s for health reasons or personal choice, we’re here to show you how to bake without animal products. Most baking relies on eggs and milk, but we have good news — you can easily adapt your baking skills to be plant-based and make your creations even yummier, lighter, and healthier!
Join us for an inspiring baking class led by Charlotte, the founder of The Plantisserie and a former professional Pastry Chef and Baker with years of experience in the hospitality industry.
After launching The Plantisserie in 2023, Charlotte combined her lifelong passion for baking with her love for animals and the planet. Creating indulgent, high-quality pastries and cakes that are 100% plant-based.
At The Plantisserie, they believe sustainability and sweetness can go hand in hand. Every creation is crafted using locally sourced, organic ingredients, and all their packaging is recyclable, compostable, or biodegradable.
In this hands-on vegan baking class, you’ll learn how to make delicious tiramisu, brownies, and mix fruit bakewell slices that are as kind to the planet as they are to your taste buds. You’ll leave with new skills, fresh inspiration, and plenty of treats to share.
As a bonus, we’d love to treat you to some homemade vegan baklava. Please don’t forget to bring a container so you can take a few sweets home with you.
Please note that refunds are not available, as the proceeds from our paid masterclasses help fund our free community cooking classes. Thank you for your continued support.
