 so here is your chance to find out more, with our ever popular Christine Kirk, who is not long off the plane from India, where she has been enhancing her knowledge and studying about Ayurveda.

Christine, as many of you know is a qualified registered Homeopath and has a keen interest in using plants and herbs in her daily life to make remedies and tinctures.

She will take us through the differences between Traditional and Allopathic Medicine, and how one focuses on the disease and treats the symptoms and the other focuses on looking at the body as a whole and trying to find the root cause and remedy that.

We feel sure you will absolutely love this session and go away with a greater awareness and better understanding and also feel more confident in taking responsibility for yours and your family's health.
