🍰 Let’s “Talk” Baking – Person-Centred Baking Therapy
When we bake together, it isn’t about getting things perfect.
It isn’t about fancy techniques or perfect results.
It’s about slowing down, using our hands, and creating space to just be.
In my baking therapy groups, I use a person-centred approach, which means:
💜 You don’t have to talk unless you want to
❤️ You are accepted exactly as you are
💜 There’s no pressure to share, fix, or explain yourself
Baking becomes the gentle focus — and sometimes, while our hands are busy, our minds feel a little lighter.
💜 A little about me
I’m Nina, and I’m training as a person-centred counsellor.
Supporting people through difficult times — including grief, bereavement, anxiety, and life transitions — is something I care deeply about.
I’ve always valued listening, understanding, and clear communication, and baking has become a way for me to bring those values into a safe, supportive group space.
My aim is to offer sessions that feel human, calm, and inclusive — where people can connect at their own pace, in their own way.
