Do you fancy a hug? 
Now is the season for all that is warm and cozy. A time to be present, mindful and caring to yourself. To allow yourself to unwind in comfort. 
Would you like to join me for a half day of  slowing down? . An afternoon to draw, journal, practice gratitude, enjoy hot chocolate and immerse yourself in a guided meditation. 
Three hours to hug yourself and wrap up in your favourite snuggly blanket (and a yoga mat to lie on if you have one) with like minded people. 
Let me know if this level of coziness feels right for you. Your investment would be £35 for three hours if you time. 
Hot chocolate, tea, coffee and biscuits provided. 
When: 07/12/25 10am to 1pm. 
Where:  Chorley panthers club house. Chisnall Ln, Coppull, Chorley PR7 5EA
