FREE - WOMEN'S SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP

After our highly successful Free Women's Self Defence Workshop in January, we've decided to host yet another completely FREE WORKSHOP in order to keep the women of Chorley and surrounding areas feeling safer, enhance confidence, boost self esteem and have loads of laughs in doing so.
The workshop will include escapes from a full range of grabs & holds, defence from strikes, ground defence and so much more.... the feedback was phenomenal from our previous course.
