The Government Muslim High School Debating Society (GMHSDS) is back with the GMHSDS National Debate Festival 2026, bringing together debaters from across the nation for a battle of strategy, wit, and calculated arguments.

With a competitive field, a carefully curated tournament experience, and the historic legacy of Government Muslim High School, we invite you to step onto the board and prepare for a debate festival where every argument is a move and every rebuttal is a counterplay.

4th GMHSDS National Debate Festival 2026

Format: Bangla Asian Parliamentary (AP) Debate 
Location: Government Muslim High School, Chattogram
Date: 21-23 August

Inter-School Team Cap: 24 Teams
Registration Fee: 660 BDT Only

Inter-College Team Cap: 16 Teams
Registration Fee: 810 BDT Only

Teams from outside Chattogram will receive a full refund of the registration fee on the event day.

Note: All team members must be from the same school or college. Mixed teams are strictly prohibited.

SSC'26 is allowed in School teams and HSC'26 is allowed in College teams.
