1️⃣ Eligibility: Only registered runners can participate! Open to all physically fit individuals, regardless of age/gender. ?✅  

2️⃣ Medals & Cut-Off Time: Finish within the designated time to earn your medal and e-certificate! ?⏳  

3️⃣ BIB Policy: No BIB transfers! Each participant must use their own assigned BIB. ??  

4️⃣ Refund & Transfer: No refunds or transfers of registration fees—no exceptions! ❌?  

5️⃣ Organizing Authority: The committee reserves the right to modify rules, regulations, or schedules as needed. ⚖️?
