Group Format:
* The tournament will feature 2 groups, each with 4 teams.
* The top two teams will qualify for the semi-finals.
Team Formation:
* 10-man squad, 7v7 on the field with rolling substitutions.
* Players must be IIUC students and from the same semester batch.
* One or more teams can be registered from each semester.
* A player can only participate for the semester batch they originally started in.
Eligibility & Verification:
* All players must bring IIUC ID cards and supporting documents (e.g., grade sheet).
* If an objection is raised, the player must show valid proof; failure to do so leads to disqualification.
Discipline & Conduct:
* Strict discipline must be maintained at all times.
* Organizers reserve the right to ban any player or team for misconduct.
* A red card results in immediate dismissal and possible ban.
* Any act of lawlessness leads to team disqualification.
Match Guidelines:
* Teams must report 30 minutes before their match.
* Group Matches: 10 + 10 = 20 minutes
* Semi-Final: 12 + 12 minutes
* Final: 15 + 15 minutes
* From knockout rounds—straight to penalties if drawn.
Late Arrival Rules:
* 1 goal conceded every 3 minutes of delay.
* 3–0 walkover if a team fails to appear before halftime.
* Teams may play with fewer players if they choose.
Cards & Suspension:
* 1 Red Card → Suspended next match.
* Back-to-back Yellow Cards → Suspended next match.
* Yellow cards reset after the group stage; red card suspensions do not reset.
Tie-Breakers:
Points → Goal Difference → Goals For → Goals Against → Head-to-Head → Penalties.
Registration & Fees:
* Entry Fee: 3500 BDT per team (Non-refundable).
* Teams must wear custom semester kits with logos.
* Captains/Managers must be prepared with all documents for verification.
