Registration Details To register your team, please complete the registration form and submit all required documents along with the full registration fee. Please ensure that all information, photographs, and supporting documents are submitted correctly before the deadline. Incomplete registrations will not be considered. ? A Messenger group will also be created for all confirmed teams. --- ? Tournament Format ⚽ Format: 6-a-side ? Squad Size: 10 Players (6 Playing + 4 Substitutes) ? Substitutions: Rolling Substitutions Match Duration • Group Stage: 12 + 12 Minutes • Semi-finals: 20 + 20 Minutes • Final: 20 + 20 Minutes ? Maximum Teams: 6 --- ? Rules & Regulations 1. All teams must wear jerseys or T-shirts of the same colour following the template provided by the organizers, including the tournament and Department logos. 2. Teams must report at least 20 minutes before their scheduled match. One goal will be awarded to the opposition for every 5 minutes of delay. Failure to appear before halftime will result in a 3–0 walkover. 3. All players must complete registration and submit the required documents before 5 July 2026. 4. Football boots or spike shoes are not allowed. 5. Turf shoes, sneakers, or keds are recommended for all players. Every player must wear anklets (shin guards) while participating in a match. 6. A goal cannot be scored directly from a throw-in. 7. Two yellow cards during the tournament will result in a one-match suspension. 8. Goalkeepers may handle a teammate's backpass. 9. Walkovers will be recorded as a 3–0 victory for the opposing team. 10. If a match goes to penalties, the goalkeeper on the field at full time must remain in goal for the shootout. 11. Points System • Win – 3 Points • Draw – 1 Point • Loss – 0 Points Each team will play two group-stage matches. If teams finish level on points, rankings will be decided by: • Goal Difference • Goals Scored • Goals Conceded • Head-to-Head Result 12. No tie-breakers will be played during the group stage. 13. The referee's decision is final. 14. A player may represent only one team throughout the tournament. 15. All substitutes must also wear jerseys of the same colour. 16. The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the schedule and make final decisions regarding any dispute or unforeseen circumstance. 17. Any objection must be supported with immediate evidence. Otherwise, the organizing committee's decision will be final. 18. Misconduct, abusive language, sledging, or unsportsmanlike behaviour will not be tolerated. Appropriate disciplinary action may be taken. 19.
