A sanctuary for stillness, healing, and coming home to yourself.

This workshop is for anyone seeking the ultimate experience in deep rest, relaxation, and nervous system reset.

Through the gentle practice of Restorative Yoga, Jayne will lovingly guide you into supportive poses designed to calm the body and quiet the mind. Each posture invites you to let go—of tension, of swirling emotions, of the constant pull of thought—and simply be. As the body softens into stillness, a deeper awareness begins to arise, returning you to the only moment that truly matters: this one.

Stillness creates awareness. Awareness brings us home. And in that space, we can breathe again.

As you settle into this restful state, you’ll be immersed in the healing vibrations of sound therapy with Monika. The soothing resonance of gongs, sound bowls, and other sacred instruments will gently wash over you, dissolving any lingering tension and helping to release what no longer serves.
