Vision Boards

Creating Vision Boards is a great way to tap into your creativity while offering a practical way to keep your goals in plain sight. Sometimes we know exactly what we want and there is a picture for it. Other times it is a feeling that we are after, like peace or joy or vitality and then we find pictures that offer that. And still other times, words have a way of motivating us. The Vision is yours and it's super fun to do this in a group setting!

Your host is Krista Crescenzo- She was raised in the Chisago Lakes area and resides here with her husband and three daughters. She is an art enthusiast, believing that art is important for the wellbeing of individuals and communities. Her 22 year nursing career has transformed in the past few years from bedside nursing to Holistic Nurse Coaching where she gently empowers people to live their most aligned life, one step at a time!
