Did you know that elderberries are known for their immune boosting and anti-viral properties? They can reduce the duration of colds and flus, as well as symptoms experienced. They are also packed full of other benefits like clearing mucous, reducing inflammation, and promoting proper circulation. Elderberries are a rich source of vitamins A and E, which help your body maintain optimal health. If you want to learn more, come join me.

During this class you will learn how to make Elderberry Syrup, about the combined medicinal properties of the herbs used, and how to identify and harvest elderberries. We will also discuss herbs for certain spring ailments. Each participant will leave with handouts and their own 4 oz. bottle of Elderberry Syrup. Extras will be available for purchase at 50% off.

Cost to attend is $45 and includes all supplies, along with a Doubloon, good for a beer, hard seltzer or hard slushie.
