1. Run 400 m + Farmer Carry 240 m
2. Run 400 m + Deadlifts 60 reps
3. Run 400 m + Walking Lunges 60 m
4. Run 400 m + Alt Swings 60 reps
5. Run 400 m + Burpee Broad Jumps 60 m
6. Run 400 m + Goblet Squats 60 reps
7. Run 400 m + Front Plate Carry 240 m
8. Run 400 m + Push Press 60 reps
9. Run 400 m + Bear Crawl 120 m
10. Run 400 m + Floor Clean & Press 60 reps
11 Run 400 m + Overhead Carry 180 m
12 Run 400 m + Devil Press 20 reps

This is the full unscaled version. Benchmarks will be provided, but you choose your weights and distances. Scale as needed — it’s about following through on your commitment to yourself.
