This is a Rain or Shine tournament. Tournament Directors reserve the right to modify game times, reduce the number of innings, or alter the format of the tournament (e.g., changing from pool play to single elimination) to complete the event due to weather or field conditions. Teams should be prepared to play as scheduled, even with slight delays. Tournament director has the right to refuse a refund once registered.
