Organised by Hilmarton's village St. Laurence Church, Hilmarton School & Pre-School, The Duke Hotel and The Duchess Lounge.
This Christmas, the pillars of our village – St. Laurence Church, Hilmarton School and Pre-School,  and The Duke Hotel pub and café – are coming together to host a special Charity Raffle in support of our local community.
Hilmarton is more than just a place to live; it’s a place where we care for one another, raise our children, mark life’s milestones, and share everyday moments in our beautiful, award-winning village. 
Through this raffle, we hope to raise funds to support the education and wellbeing of our children, the preservation of our church, and the continued vitality of the community spaces we all rely on.

£5 per book – available from:

?️ DRAW DATE: SUNDAY, the 21st of December 2025
? Join us for the draw at The Duke Hotel – all are welcome!
Drinks from 5 pm, Complimentary canapes from 6 pm, Raffle draw from 7 pm 

? PRIZES INCLUDE:
*Festive hampers & locally crafted gifts from The Duchess farm shop suppliers
*Afternoon tea for two at The Duchess Lounge
*A steak platter for two on Thursday steak night at The Duke Hotel
*A beautiful hamper donated from ST. Laurence Church
*An overnight stay in the church (ST. Laurence, Hilmarton) for up to 4 people, including a cream tea on arrival & a continental breakfast in the morning 
*a tower tour for 2 people right to the top of the church
*And more generous donations from our village and beyond (more donations to be shared soon)
*A decorated Christmas cake
*A bottle of bubbles
*A bottle of wine

This is more than a fundraiser. It’s a way for each of us to play a part in supporting:
Our children’s education and early development 
The future of St. Laurence Church – a place of comfort, tradition and community
The spirit of togetherness is fostered at The Duke, a hub for connection and celebrations
