Clubbercise® is a fun, full-body workout set to club classics from the 90s to the present day, combining dance, toning and combat-style moves.
There are options to suit all fitness levels, so you can move as much (or as little!) as feels right for you 💃🏼🕺🏼
Classes take place in a darkened hall with disco lights creating a welcoming, judgement-free space where you can switch off, let go of the day, and just enjoy moving.
Come along to boost your energy, lift your mood, and start the year doing something positive for yourself – all while raising funds for our school. ✨
