Distances:
Swim - in Bowood Lake. 750m loop for Sprint; 400m loop for Super Sprint.
Bike - 6 laps for Sprint, 3 laps for Super Sprint.
Run - 2 laps for Sprint, 1 lap for Super Sprint.
