Join me for Sunset Stretch, a gentle outdoor wellness class designed to help you reconnect with your body, calm your nervous system, and create space for rest and renewal, in community with others. 

This class includes intentional mindful movement and mobility, gentle stretching, and breathwork as we move with the rhythm of the evening. 

There’s something very special about slowing down at the end of the day, particularly outdoors. To allow ourselves the opportunity to breathe in fresh air deeply, to move gently, and to allow ourselves to release the stress we’ve been carrying. It’s the perfect way to wind down for the day. 

Bring your mat, a water bottle, and a cozy layer for the cooler evening air. ?

$13/person

*No refunds but classes are transferable to a friend (or for a later date in the same month - with at least 12 hours notice to instructor).
