She has been teaching and practicing Kundalini Yoga daily for the past 5 years . She is a RN, with over 22 years in various fields of medicine and has a deep understanding of the Human body. A lover of the power of the human potential , self soveriegnity and the bodies innate capacity to heal itself, she fell in love with this ancient scientific technology that allow us to do just that! Her classes are powerful, informative and inspiring .Bailey Kaario is the founder of Frequensea sound healing. He is a deep practioner of Kundalini Yoga , a lover of the mystical and ancient healing arts. He combines his love of music with his passion to serve and facilitate healing to the masses, through what many of the great minds such as Albert Einstein and Nikola Tesla claimed would be the medicine of the future. Healing would be based in Energy Medicine and we would look to Frequency , Vibration , Light & Sound.
