- **Event Description**: Chilliwack Hospice Society is offering a new four-week educational workshop series, Meditation & Movement, for adults who are grieving, living with a life-limiting illness, or caring for a person who is dying.

Facilitated by volunteer Robert Henderson, sessions will include simple, supported movements focused on balance, body awareness, and building confidence in movement, along with guided meditation to encourage relaxation and help participants feel grounded for the week ahead. Sessions may include seated, standing, and chair-supported movement.

Meditation & Movement is not an exercise class. In this workshop, Robert brings a calm, grounded approach to meditation and movement, helping participants create space for rest, relaxation and connection with the body during times of grief, illness or caregiving.

The workshop series runs Mondays from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m., July 6 to 27. Participants must be willing to attend all four sessions.
