You will begin with a short meditation and breath practice to ground the mind and body.

Then you will talk through the elements of somatic yoga and the intention of the practice. Moving through poses slowly and intentionally. Taking the time to listen to the body and the mind. As we move through, you will begin to better understand how to listen to what the body is telling you. All while being submerged with sounds of the crystal bowls.

After the yoga practice you will move into a sound bath and meditation. Where reiki will be introduced into the practice. Reiki moves our stagnant energy through the body. Opening our energy pools or chakras. 

An evening of total alignment. A welcome home to the inner-child, a time of gratitude to ourselves.
