Join us Thursday, August 7, 2025 for the Pike County Fair Farm to Fork Carcass Contest at Just Meats, 846 Eastern Avenue, Chillicothe, OH. Social hour and tours begin at 6 p.m., and at 7 p.m. we will have a carcass quality discussion with carcass judge, Emerson Culley, Ohio State University Assistant Meat Lab Manager, followed by the awards presentation. Be sure to bring a lawn chair!
