Have you ever wondered how to meditate? Where to begin, how to calm the mind, sit still, and breathe?
During this workshop Maria will guide you into finding the tools that you need to meditate.
This will be a 2 hours class, diving into techniques, methods, and practices to help you begin on your meditation journey.
We will use breath practices, comfortable positioning, discuss the different types of meditation and breathe practices and when to use them.
You do need any experience in yoga or meditation to attend this workshop.
Individuals 14 years and older may attend.
What will you need?
Journal and pen. Water bottle(no glass). Yoga mat is NOT necessary for this class.
