An experience with the woman who shaped your life.

Celebrate Mother’s Day with a meaningful hands-on experience shared with the woman who shaped your life. In this special collaboration between Portagree Pottery, Foothold Market, and Maggie & Me Candle Co., you’ll create a beautiful handmade candle vessel from clay.

During the class, you’ll design and form your own clay candle container that will be kiln-fired at Portagree Pottery. Once your piece is fired, you’ll return to the studio to glaze and personalize your vessel, making it completely unique.

When your finished piece is ready for pickup, the experience continues! You’ll visit our friends at Foothold Market to choose a hand-poured candle insert from Maggie & Me Candle Co., completing your custom candle.

From shaping clay to lighting the finished candle, this experience is all about creating something meaningful together and celebrating the women who light our lives.
