Settle into a safe, warm, and genuinely lovely space designed for deep rest, connection, and nervous-system reset. Yin Yoga Burn is a cannabis-friendly evening rooted in care, consent, and community, whether you partake or simply enjoy the vibe, you’re welcome here.
We’ll begin with a 90-minute yin practice that invites stillness and sensation, supported by a soothing sound bath to help you drop beneath the noise of the week. Expect long, nourishing holds, spacious transitions, and a calm atmosphere that lets your body unwind at its own pace.
After practice, we’ll gather for a snack-luck; bring a simple snack to share and enjoy time connecting with a truly wonderful community. Goodie bags are included for everyone who registers.
Beginner-friendly and equally rewarding for seasoned practitioners, Yin Yoga Burn meets you exactly where you are. Self-care isn’t a luxury, it’s a necessity. This is a beautiful way to begin.
