Sound Healing

Join us for a heart-centered sound healing experience that supports emotional expression, closure, and new awareness.

- Explore deep inner movement through sound using gongs, drums, Shruti box, voice, chimes, guitar, bells, and spacious silence.
- Receive the grounding presence of sound during a time when love, connection, and belonging are most needed.
- Be embraced by sound like a hug from within, offering love, understanding, and acceptance.
- Gently move through shadow and emotion, creating space for healing.

Instructed by Damien Gibbs - Holistic Therapist (LCSW) with a private practice. He offers emotional support in times of change, grief and loss, mental health, somatic/ nervous system work, trauma, and assistance in awakening to life purpose. He supports all individuals in moving toward union with self through sound therapy (one to one and in groups), Reflexology, and Reiki.

Cost: $20 love offering. All are welcome with or without donation.
