O Favored One - A Christmas Musical

O Favored One isn’t your average Christmas production. It’s a brand-new musical written by local pastor Andrew Burchett—right here in Chico!

At its heart, the musical follows Joseph—an ordinary man caught in extraordinary circumstances—showing his doubts, dreams, and trust in God. Along the way, you’ll laugh at awkward encounters, delight in unexpected humor, and be moved by music that captures both the beauty and the struggle of their journey.

This isn’t just a show—it’s an invitation for the audience to step into the story of Jesus' Birth in a fresh, deeply human way.
