Mom’s Timeout is a 12-week holistic wellness group designed exclusively for moms who are ready to breathe deeper, rest more, and refill their inner well with support that actually works.
Each weekly “timeout” blends:
Spiritual Connection
Neuroscience-based subconscious work
Body-based healing tools
Community support with moms who get it
It’s simple, restorative, and deeply effective. It’s a chance to reset your nervous system, reconnect with yourself, and walk away each week feeling lighter, calmer, and more centered.
Spots are limited, so please join early! You don’t need to earn a timeout. It is a basic need that you, and those you love, will be grateful for!
