She genuinely believes that yoga provides a pathway to our internal environment, which gives us an opportunity to connect and build a meaningful relationship with ourself. That grounded and transformative mindset is what she brings to each and every class. Melissa is also a certified holistic health coach, Reiki II practitioner, plays the sound bowls and is studying tai chi and qi gong.
