Manual Cinema's The 4th Witch

Manual Cinema isn’t your typical theatre company. Using old-school projectors, shadow puppets, live music, and movie-style effects, they create shows that feel like a film unfolding live on stage. It’s inventive, hypnotic, and totally unlike anything you’ve seen before.

Their newest production, The 4th Witch, flips Shakespeare’s Macbeth on its head—told from the perspective of the witches. Dark, clever, and visually stunning, it’s perfect for fans of smart storytelling and bold stagecraft.

Winners of an Emmy and praised by The New York Times, Manual Cinema has worked with everyone from Mo Willems to Jordan Peele. Now they’re bringing their magic to Chico—and we can’t wait to share it with you.
