We are excited to bring our low flow moves into our new space! Learn mesmerizing leg waves and circles. Levitate and build strength with shoulder stands and back rolls. 
 
We will breaking down various floor work moves, and then putting it together in a slow and juicy combo. 
 
No previous experience needed 
 
What to wear/bring:
-Leggings or flowy pants are encouraged for ease of movement on the floor but wear whatever feels comfortable. 
-Socks or heels 
-knee pads (dance, pole, or volleyball) 
 
Other helpful items:
-water
-yoga mat for warm up (crash pads also available) 
-snack
-heating pad for down time (helps with recovery)
-sweatshirt for extra padding in shoulder and back rolls
