In this intentional Cacao Ceremony, we utilize cacao as a tool to access the heart-space of Mother Earth and anchor into the present moment, no matter where we are at in our self-love journey. Cacao is both a physiologically and spiritually heart-opening plant medicine, intended to open the heart to release old suffering and call-in healing. 

Jaelyn guides sacred ritual to get the most out of a cacao experience, including authentically aligned intention-setting, earthly embodiment practice, and Theta meditation to access and create healing within the subconscious mind. Jaelyn is a certified Mystic Astrologer and Mentor through Rising Woman and has over a decade of astrological study in her repertoire. Finally, we move into an astrologically-aligned workshop for the remainder of our time together. She often invites co-hosts for this portion. Each month is something brand new to align with the energy of the skies at the time. 

Previous workshops have included movement practices, deep Theta meditation vision journeys, rituals, partner work, and more. Participants report leaving these beautiful containers feeling open, connected, seen, and held. Please come as you are!
